Your Instructor will assign you to a team to complete all work related to the Team Case Analysis.  As a team, you will identify and select a Team Leader.  For additional details, consult your instructor.

The Team Case Analysis Team Charter for the Kayak.com Company case study is a written tool. It is a plan that can help each team create a shared understanding of every member’s role and responsibility in the achievement of the Term Case Analysis Project. Each team member should view the charter as a contract for every team member. The components of a Team Charter include the following.

• A clear scope of the project: this is what the team plans to accomplish.
• The names of each team member.
• The roles and responsibilities of every member: the charter should include what each team member will be responsible for.
• Include milestones and benchmarks to be reached. The team leader should establish objectives for the team, such as a time line and milestones. For example, when the first draft will be ready, when each part or component of the case analysis will be complete.
• How, where, and how often the team will communicate.
